01/31/2016: Assailants opened fire on two soldiers riding a motorcycle in Anoling, Sulu, Philippines. One soldier was killed and the other was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
