Incident Summary:

02/04/2016: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at an Iraqi Army barracks in Ramadi, Al Anbar, Iraq. This was one of two suicide attacks targeting military targets in Al Anbar on the same day. In addition to the assailants, at least 28 soldiers were killed across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
