Incident Summary:

02/21/2016: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle in Zahra neighborhood, Homs city, Homs governorate, Syria. This was one of two suicide bombings in Zahra on the same day. In addition to the two bombers, at least 34 people were killed and more than 100 others were injured across both blasts. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attacks.
