Incident Summary:

02/27/2016: Assailants opened fire on a van carrying police commander Juma Khan in Chesima Shifa area, Sari Pul city, Sari Pul province, Afghanistan. Khan and six civilians were killed in the attack. This was one of two consecutive attacks carried out by the same assailants on the same day. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incidents.
