Incident Summary:

03/06/2016: Assailants opened fire on an ambulance carrying wounded security personnel from an earlier attack in Sheikh Zuweid, North Sinai, Egypt. Two soldiers and a medic were killed in the attack. This was one of two related incidents that occurred in the area on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.
