03/22/2016: Assailants opened fire on Sikhosiphi Bazooka Rhadebe after escorting him from his residence in Mdatya, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Rhadebe, the Amadiba Crisis Committee (ACC) chairperson, was killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
