Incident Summary:

05/01/2016: A suicide bomber detonated and assailants opened fire targeting a military base in Runirgood, Middle Shebelle, Somalia. At least 19 people, including eight soldiers and 11 assailants, were killed in the attack. In addition, 10 soldiers were reported missing. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack.
