05/23/2016: Assailants abducted two journalists and their driver, who were investigating the earlier kidnapping of a Spanish journalist, in El Tarra, Norte de Santander, Colombia. John de Jesus Reales was released on May 25th, 2016, and Carlos Melo and Diego D'Pablos were released on May 27th, 2016. The National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) claimed responsibility for the incident.
