Incident Summary:

06/01/2016: Assailants detonated explosives at a Chevron oil well in Warri South-West, Delta, Nigeria. This was one of two coordinated attacks on oil wells in the area on the same day. There were no reported casualties resulting from the attacks. The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was intended to "show the whole world that the Nigeria military is good in harassing innocent Nigerians."
