06/12/2016: Assailants attacked military personnel in Vista Hermosa, Meta, Colombia. One soldier was killed and two soldiers were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
