Incident Summary:

06/14/2016: Assailants opened fire on residents and set fire to buildings in Ngaoundere, Ouham-Pende, Central African Republic. At least 10 people were killed and several others were wounded in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Fulani militants and ex-Seleka members.
