Incident Summary:

06/16/2016: Security forces identified and destroyed an explosives-laden vehicle driven by a suicide bomber in Sirte, Libya. The bomber was the only reported casualty in the attack. This was one of two attempted suicide bombings in the area on the same day. The Tripoli Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incidents.
