Incident Summary:

06/25/2016: Fidayeen (suicide) attackers opened fire on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Pampore, Jammu and Kashmir, India. At least two assailants and eight CRPF members were killed and 20 CRPF members were injured in the attack and ensuing clash. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) claimed responsibility for the incident.
