Incident Summary:

06/26/2016: An explosive device detonated as it was being defused at an African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) base in Bardere, Gedo, Somalia. At least one Kenyan soldier was killed and three other soldiers were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that attack was carried out by Al-Shabaab.
