08/21/2016: Assailants fired a rocket into Sderot, Southern district, Israel. There were no reported casualties in the attack. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for the imprisonment of PFLP member Bilal Kayid. Ahfad al-Sahaba-Aknaf Bayt al-Maqdis also claimed responsibility for the incident.
