10/11/2016: Assailants attacked security forces as they were retreating in Chah Anjeer, Helmand, Afghanistan. At least 90 soldiers and police officers were killed in the attack. In addition, an unknown number of people were taken hostage in the assault. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
