Incident Summary:

10/15/2016: Assailants opened fire on a refugee camp in Ngakobo, Ouaka, Central African Republic. At least 11 people were killed and 10 people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Seleka.
