Incident Summary:
11/09/2016: Assailants fired projectiles that landed and detonated in New Aleppo neighborhood, Aleppo, Syria. This was one of three projectile attacks in different Aleppo neighborhoods on the same day. At least four people were killed across this incident and the attack in Hamdaniyeh. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to Jaish al-Fatah (Syria).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
