11/20/2016: Assailants launched artillery shells at Wending, Yunnan, China. This was one of two related attacks in the area on this date. One civilian was injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) and the National Democratic Alliance Army (NDAA-ESSA).
