Incident Summary:

11/00/2016: Sometime between November 21, 2016 and November 25, 2016, assailants attacked Fulani civilians in Bria, Haute-Kotto, Central African Republic. At least 85 civilians were killed and 76 civilians were injured in the assault. In addition, an unknown number of people were abducted, and the outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Popular Front for the Renaissance of the Central African Republic (FPRC).
