Incident Summary:

11/27/2016: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle in Al-Rai, Aleppo, Syria. In addition to the bomber, at least one person was killed and 12 others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
