Incident Summary:

12/02/2016: Assailants attacked a police station in Mongkoe, Shan, Myanmar. At least nine police officers were killed and three officers were reported missing in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kachin Independence Army (KIA), the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), and the National Democratic Alliance Army (NDAA-ESSA).
