Incident Summary:

12/07/2016: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated outside of the Al-Saiqa headquarters in Benghazi, Libya. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Benghazi on the same day. At least 18 people were injured across both blasts; the victims included soldiers, police officers, and civilians. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
