Incident Summary:

12/07/2016: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated targeting rescuers at the site of an earlier attack in Benghazi, Libya. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Benghazi on the same day. At least 18 people were injured across both blasts; the victims included soldiers, police officers, and civilians. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
