Incident Summary:

12/11/2016: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated at a seaport in Mogadishu, Banaadir, Somalia. At least 29 people were killed and 48 people were injured in the blast. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that police officers were targeted because they were providing security for Somalia's parliamentary elections.
