Incident Summary:

12/16/2016: An explosive device detonated at the residence of Shangreihan Muivah in Imphal, Manipur, India. Muivah, the brother of a National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) leader, was unharmed and there were no other reported casualties. This was one of three bombings that took place in the area on this date. The Manipur Naga People's Army (MNPA) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
