Incident Summary:

01/10/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle targeting rescue personnel and civilians gathering in response to an earlier bombing near the parliament building along Darulaman road in Kabul, Afghanistan. This was one of two coordinated attacks at the same location in a short period of time. At least 38 people were killed and 72 people were injured across both events. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident and accused the victims of working for the Afghan intelligence agency.
