Incident Summary:

02/02/2017: Assailants opened fire on residents and set fire to buildings in Bocaranga, Ouham-Pende, Central African Republic. The assailants also attacked a Christian church in the town. At least 20 people were killed and dozens of other people were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Return, Reclamation, Rehabilitation (3R).
