02/11/2017: Assailants opened fire on military personnel in San Isidro, Agusan del Norte, Philippines. Three people, including a soldier and two civilians, were killed and three civilians were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
