Incident Summary:

02/13/2017: A suicide bomber detonated at a rally protesting new laws regarding drug sales in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In addition to the assailant, at least 15 people were killed and 56 other people were injured in the blast. The Jamaat-ul-Ahrar faction of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for Pakistani military operations near the Afghan border.
