02/17/2017: A sniper opened fire on Peshmerga forces in Dibis, Kirkuk, Iraq. At least one Peshmerga member was killed and another member was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
