Incident Summary:

02/18/2017: Assailants attacked Hutu civilians in Kyaghala, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least 25 people were killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Mai Mai Mazembe Militia.
