Incident Summary:

02/27/2017: Assailants abducted Kailal Gangte Kuki in Longpi, Manipur, India. Kuki, a village chief, was released the following day on February 28, 2017. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM).
