02/28/2017: An explosives-laden vehicle was discovered and defused near a Border Patrol Police (BPP) camp in Thepha district, Songkhla, Thailand. This was one of two related attacks in Thepha district on this date; the vehicle had been hijacked in an earlier incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that Barisan Revolusi Nasional (BRN) may have carried out the attacks.
