03/25/2017: An explosive device detonated targeting civilians fleeing the area in Maktab Khalid, Kirkuk, Iraq. At least one person was killed and three people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
