03/26/2017: An explosive device detonated prematurely as assailants were planting it in Tal Afar district, Nineveh, Iraq. At least five assailants were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
