Incident Summary:

03/31/2017: An explosive device planted in the vehicle of Olexandr Kharaberyush detonated at the intersection of Metalurhiv Avenue and Kafaiska Street in Mariupol, Donetsk, Ukraine. Kharaberyush, a Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Colonel, was killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities attributed the attack to the Donetsk People's Republic.
