03/31/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near soldiers in Sukkar, Rutbah, Al Anbar, Iraq. At least one soldier was killed and three other soldiers were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
