Incident Summary:

04/03/2017: Assailants threw an explosive device at the Sultan Kudarat Electric Cooperative (Sukelco) building in Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. At least eight people, including seven Sukelco employees, were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the attack was carried out by the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM), which denied involvement.
