Incident Summary:

04/21/2017: An assailant opened fire at a Federal Security Service (FSB) office in Khabarovsk, Russia. Three people, including the assailant, an FSB employee, and a civilian, were killed and another person was injured in the attack. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources indicated that the assailant was a Neo-Nazi extremist.
