04/19/2017: Security forces identified two suicide bombers in Ibn Badis, Constantine, Algeria. One assailant was arrested while the second assailant detonated, killing only himself. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Algeria Province of the Islamic State.
