Incident Summary:

04/24/2017: Civilian fighters identified and intercepted three female suicide bombers in Mammanti, Borno, Nigeria. Two assailants were shot and killed while the third detonated, killing herself but failing to cause additional casualties. This was one of two similar events in the area on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to Boko Haram.
