05/05/2017: An explosive device attached to the vehicle of Abdikarim Sheikh Mohamed detonated in Taleh neighborhood, Mogadishu, Somalia. Mohamed, the Horseed International University founder and current chairperson, lost his leg and went into a coma. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
