Incident Summary:

05/08/2017: Assailants attacked civilians in Alindao, Basse-Kotto, Central African Republic. At least 130 people were killed and an unknown number of people were injured in the assault. An unknown number of civilians were also abducted, and the outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Union for Peace in Central Africa (UPC).
