05/18/2017: Security guards intercepted three suicide bombers targeting female hostels at the University of Maiduguri in Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria. The three assailants detonated, killing themselves and injuring three guards. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
