Incident Summary:

05/23/2017: Two suicide bombers detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the Syrian Armed Forces (SAF) Palmyra checkpoint near a power plant along 60th Street in Zahra neighborhood, Homs, Syria. In addition to the two assailants, at least four people were killed and 30 other people were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
