Incident Summary:

06/08/2017: Assailants attacked a Civilian Organization of Humanitarian Demolition Help Popular Norway (APN) camp in Santa Helena, Meta, Colombia. The assailants used verbal and physical threats to intimidate the NGO workers and set fire to a vehicle. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents.
