Incident Summary:

06/21/2017: Assailants opened fire on Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) peacekeepers guarding Muslim refugees in Bangassou, Mbomou, Central African Republic. There were no reported casualties as the Moroccan peacekeepers repelled the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Anti-Balaka militia.
