Incident Summary:

06/24/2017: A roadside bomb detonated targeting civilians in Himreen, Khanaqin, Diyala, Iraq. Ten civilians were killed and six others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources believe the civilians were targeted for attempting to leave Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) controlled areas at the time of the attack.
