Incident Summary:

06/26/2017: Assailants opened fire on a Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) patrol base in Taugtog, Zambales, Philippines. There were no reported casualties as security forces repelled the assault. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the New People's Army (NPA).
